Payments

We accept Cryptocurrency for all purchases. We accept bank wire transfer payments for orders of five (5) or more units.

Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Multiple orders with the same delivery address may be bundled in one shipment together for customs clearance efficiency. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available.

Order Policy

Your receipt of electronic or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Broadeng Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. When you place your order on our website you have entered into a binding contract, any returns of your equipment are only allowed as specified in the What our Warranty Covers section below. You are not allowed to make a shipping address change after you place your order, nor modify your order in any other way.

Your order will be shipped from our manufacturing facility in China. Worldwide shipping transit time is normally one to two weeks. You must be available to assist with customs clearance for the units you ordered, pay customs duty, tariff, or any other import fees imposed by your country’s law, and work with the customs process in your country. We are not able to provide an exact shipping date. When your order is shipped by the China facility, the status of your order in the system will be updated from “Processing” to “Complete”, and a system notification will be sent to your email address (except for destinations in China). Please configure your email settings to allow email from the ibelink.net domain. Our customs documents will provide a definition of the unit and the sales price you paid. We are not able to modify this information. We are not able to provide any other shipping modification requests.

Shipping and Import Fees

We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by iBeLink only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. When the equipment arrives in your country, you are responsible for the payment of all the fees your home country charges for the import of the equipment. Please confirm in your home country what your import costs will be, before ordering your equipment. We are not responsible for any loss caused by your home country’s customs delay. We cannot accept any address changes after you place your order, make sure you have the correct shipping address before placing your order.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as soon as it becomes available. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. If you decide to place an order for an out-of-stock product, you will be charged for the product at that time.

Taxes

For end-users, a tax will automatically be charged for California customers and withheld based on the California Board of Equalization published Sales and Use Tax Rate.

Resellers who provide a reseller ID# will not be charged applicable California Sales & Use tax. Contact sales@ibelink.cn.com directly if you are a reseller within California.

Other Conditions

These Terms and Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Broadeng Inc. signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Terms & Conditions at any time.

What Our Warranty Covers

Broadeng Inc. warrants all products against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with our published guidelines. The warranty period for each product is specified in the Product Description, Warranty section. If the customer has a device under warranty to be returned, they must obtain an RMA number before shipping the device to Broadeng Inc. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to Broadeng. We will cover the return shipping charge after the warranty service. We are not responsible for the loss of earnings during the warranty repair service.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranty does not cover the installation or service of the product, abuse, accident, alteration, mishandling, overclocking, underpowering, overpowering, or modifying the product or software will void the warranty. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final and non-refundable except as expressly provided in this Agreement. No cancellation or rescheduling of orders by the Buyer will be accepted. Prepaid orders may be canceled and refunded up to 10 days before the shipment date. Products returned under warranty will be replaced or store credit will be issued at our discretion.

Safety

Our cryptocurrency mining equipment may run at a very high temperature. Do not touch the equipment while it is operating. Keep children and flammable materials away from the equipment. It is your responsibility to maintain a safe mining environment at your location. You acknowledge that Broadeng Inc. is not responsible for any safety incidents occurring.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.
